What to Expect During a Goat Yoga Session
During your yoga session, a handful of goats will wander around the yoga area and may come up to say hello. These standard-sized dairy goats, both adults and kids, tend to stay alongside students and do not jump on anyone. The goats enjoy scratches on their chin, head, ears, cheeks, neck, and chest, and some may even like to give kisses. They may also nibble on your clothes or paw your arm for attention. The goats are gentle and respond well to soft voices and slow movements.
