Sound Healing

Sound healing is a science-based self-care tool, increasing in popularity. In January 2024, Psychology Today reviewed 400 articles on “music as medicine” found “strong evidence that music has mental and physical health benefits in improving mood and reducing stress.” Furthermore, participants may experience pain relief, improved sleep, reduced tension, and less anxiety after a single sound bath.

Goat Therapy

You may have seen dogs, pigs, and other cuddly animals that lift the spirits of people facing the challenges of long term physical conditions and illnesses. While many animals can provide compfort, at The Wool Family Farm, we believe goats provide the best animal therapy. When you sit with a young goat kid cuddling in your lap, the warmth, softness, and unconditional affection will melt your heart and soothe your soul.
